Avocado timbale with sardines
From Rinconcitos Barcelona comes a perfect recipe for when there are guests at home: an avocado timbale with sardines. One of those easy recipes with an amazing result, to look at it and taste it.

In addition, Ignacio and Fran use sardines that provide a unique touch: our “txikis” sardines in olive oil with Espelette paprika.
Ingredients
- Little sardines in olive oil with Espelette paprika - one tin
- Avocado - Bread toasts
- Roasted peppers
- Cherry tomatoes
- Sprouted Vegetables - eg alfalfa
- Pepper - Oregano
Instructions
- Peel the avocado and mash it with a fork.
- Chop the buns and add them to the avocado paste.
- Cut the tomatoes and roasted peppers into small pieces.
- Layer avocado and rolls using a plating forming ring.
- Add another layer of tomatoes and peppers.
- Cover with the sprouted vegetables.
- Add the sardines.
- Sprinkle with a little ground pepper and oregano.
- Remove the ring and serve.
