Parmesan flakes with melon and Cantabrian anchovies
Parmesan flakes are a fun and easy way to make amazing appetizers. In addition to being a fruit that everyone likes, the melon is very versatile in the kitchen. Beyond the typical melon with ham recipe, you can combine it with canned fish, such as pickled tuna (see this post about the properties of melon and marinade) or anchovies.

Ingredients
- Parmesan cheese - 1/2 wedge
- Melon - 1/4
- Cantabrian anchovies in olive oil - a tin
- Wild strawberries
Instructions
How to make Parmesan flakes:
- Grate Parmesan cheese.
- Put a piece of baking paper in the air fryer or baking tray, and make mounds of grated cheese on top.
- Bake at 180 degrees for approximately 5 minutes or until melted.
- Remove the paper with the melted cheese and carefully place the sheets on a rolling pin.
- Press lightly with your hand, until it cools down, so that it takes the shape.
Dish mounting:
- Make the melon balls.
- Place the melon balls, some wild strawberries and an anchovy fillet inside the flakes.
- Enjoy!
