White beans with canned cockles

Ingredients
- White beans - a can
- Cockles - a can
- Onion - 1/2
- Garlic - a clove
- Carrot - 1
- Fried tomato
Instructions
- First, make a sauce with half a chopped onion, a clove of garlic and a grated carrot.
- Then add the canned beans, a tablespoon of tomato and a little water. Cook over medium heat for about 8 minutes, stirring from time to time.
- Finally, add the juice of the canned cockles to enhance the flavor; leave a couple more minutes and, finally, add the canned cockles.
It’s ready… All that remains is to put it on the plate and enjoy!!
