Contrasting toast for Three Kings Day
Happy New Year! We hope you have enjoyed these days a lot. To continue doing so, we propose a delicious canapé for Three Kings Day, prepared with the Queen of the Cantabrian Sea.
Silvia (Mi dulce tentación) sends us some “contrasting toasts”, which combine the flavor of our Cantabrian anchovies, with an Iberian pate and the sweet touch of blueberry jam.
Ingredients
- Bread
- Garlic - a clove
- Iberian pate with red fruits
- Blueberry jam
- Anchovies from the Bay of Biscayin olive oil - a can
Instructions
- Toast the bread and rub the garlic on it.
- Spread a generous layer of Iberian pate.
- On the pate, put blueberry jam.
- Finish by putting a couple of anchovies.
