Cristina (comidadediez) sends us a delicious and easy to make appetizer. Little baskets stuffed with tuna belly, purple onion and egg.
A different way of using the wafers, filling them with delicious ingredients such as our belly, one of the most special parts of white tuna.
Ingredients
- Dumpling wafers - 4
- Tuna belly - half can
- Homemade tomato sauce
- Quail eggs - 4
- Purple Onion
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Salt
- Pink peppercorns
Instructions
- To make the small baskets, place the wafers in muffin or flan molds greased with olive oil and bake it until golden.
- Cut the onion into thin slices and poach it with a drizzle of olive oil and a pinch of salt.
- There are two ways to cook the egg: poached or boiled for 3-4 minutes until hard-boiled. If they are cooked, let them cool and peel them.
- Fill the small baskets: add a base of tomato sauce; Place the poached onion, tuna belly and a quail egg (boiled or poached) on top.
- Decorate it with pink pepper and enjoy!
