Canned fish wraps are a perfect formula for a summer dinner. We can create many quick recipes, for when we don’t want, or can’t spend, a lot of time in the kitchen. This week, Iratxe we propose a very refreshing idea: a wrap that combines the properties of white tuna, orange and legumes (legumes in summer, yes!).
In addition, this recipe has two advantages: we can prepare a bean salad with tuna and orange at noon, and enjoy the leftovers at night with some wheat tortillas.
This recipe is a good example of how we can enjoy delicious snacks even if we have little time to cook with preserves (both fish and legumes).
Ingredients
Instructions
- Drain the kidney beans.
- Peel the orange and cut each segment in two pieces.
- In a bowl, add the fresh sprout leaves, the beans, the tuna and the orange, as if to make a salad.
- In each Mexican tortilla, put a little of the sprout salad, beans, tuna and orange.
- If you like, add a little tartar sauce.

- Wrap it up, and enjoy!

Delicious and refreshing, thank you Iratxe!
