Ingredients
- 150 g jar “Serrats” “Bonito del Norte (White Tuna, Albacore)” – In Water
- 1 onion in julienne strips
- 2 red peppers and 2 yellow peppers, cut into julienne strips
- 3 tablespoons chopped chives
- 2 teaspoons orange balsamic vinegar
- 4 wheat wraps
- Assorted salad mixture
Preparation
- Lightly fry the onion and julienne-cut peppers; leave to cook on a low heat for 10-12 minutes.
- Salt and pepper and add the chopped chives. Leave to cool.
- Add the vegetables, the “Bonito del Norte” and 2 teaspoons of orange balsamic vinegar.
- Coat the wraps with the salad mixture and the stuffing.
- Roll the wraps and serve immediately.
