Vegetable and White Tuna (Albacore) wrap
Vegetable and “Bonito del Norte” wrap

Ingredients

  • 150 g jar “Serrats” “Bonito del Norte (White Tuna, Albacore)” – In Water
  • 1 onion in julienne strips
  • 2 red peppers and 2 yellow peppers, cut into julienne strips
  • 3 tablespoons chopped chives
  • 2 teaspoons orange balsamic vinegar
  • 4 wheat wraps
  • Assorted salad mixture

Preparation

  • Lightly fry the onion and julienne-cut peppers; leave to cook on a low heat for 10-12 minutes.
  • Salt and pepper and add the chopped chives. Leave to cool.
  • Add the vegetables, the “Bonito del Norte” and 2 teaspoons of orange balsamic vinegar.
  • Coat the wraps with the salad mixture and the stuffing.
  • Roll the wraps and serve immediately.
