Sweet-salty pintxo

Marino is taking part in our recipe competition with a pintxo that is very easy to prepare and which will surprise you with its pleasant sweet and salty contrast.



  1. Cut the nectarine into wedges.
  2. Roll the Cantabrian anchovy fillets and put them on top of each wedge. Stick in a long toothpick.
  3. Accompany with a varied salad.
