Marino is taking part in our recipe competition with a pintxo that is very easy to prepare and which will surprise you with its pleasant sweet and salty contrast.
- Nectarine – 1
- Anchovies form the Bay of Biscay – one tin
- Red cabbage
- Cut the nectarine into wedges.
- Roll the Cantabrian anchovy fillets and put them on top of each wedge. Stick in a long toothpick.
- Accompany with a varied salad.
