Small glass of crab, prawns and avocado

Good weather has arrived, bringing with it the most refreshing meals. We’ll soon be calling up our friends and setting our tables and chairs on the balcony, because good food tastes better in good company. As for us, we already have the best company: yours. And the tasty things? We have those too: ¡Your recipes!

Today Charo offers us the key to surprise, enjoy and exclaim: “Mmmm, delicious!!” Do not miss her little glasses of crab!


  • 6 fresh king prawns
  • 1 Greek yoghurt
  • 4 crab sticks
  • 1 ripe avocado, peeled and pitted
  • Half a tomato
  • Lemon juice
  • Oil
  • Vinegar
  • Salt


  1. Peel the king prawns and boil them.
  2. Chop finely the crab sticks.
  3. Dice the avocado and tomato.
  4. Place the cut prawns at the bottom of the glass.
  5. Add half a Greek yoghurt to each glass and add a pinch of salt, a few drops of lemon juice and a little bit of oil.
  6. Add the crab pieces on top of the yoghurt.
  7. In a bowl, mix the avocado and the tomato pieces with the salt, oil and a dash of vinegar.
  8. Crown each glass with avocado and tomato.
