Eneko, who is very smart, already knows all this and has sent in a recipe for our competition. What do you say we combine these mussels with some rice in a tasty and fresh salad?

  1. Boil the rice in abundant water with some salt, for around 20 minutes. When ready, rinse it in cold water.
  2. Add the chopped lettuce and the Serrats mussels (without the brine).
  3. Make a vinaigrette by mixing a bit of brine from the tin with oil, vinegar and salt.
  4. Add the vinaigrette to the salad to give it the final touch.
