White bean Timbale with tuna
Returning to daily normality after the holidays does not mean stopping enjoying delicious dishes. To face it well, eating healthy as well as rich, we propose a tasty white bean timbale with tuna recipe, send by Iratxe to participate in our bimonthly recipe contest.
Ingredients
- Cooked white beans
- Tomato
- Avocado
- Diced goat cheese
- Tuna in olive oil
- Lettuce heads
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Vinegar
- Salt
Instructions
- Clean the canned white beans and put them in a salad bowl.
- Add the tomato and avocado cut into pieces.
- Add the goat cheese and the tuna (save a little to garnish the timbale).
- Season it to taste.
- Mount the timbale with ring food molds.
- Put a piece of tuna on each timbale.
- Cut the buds into quarters and surround the timbale.
- Drizzle the buds with a drizzle of olive oil.
