Tuna and Anchovies Pintxo
September is a very special month for lovers of regattas, so the name Iratxe has given to its tuna and anchovy pintxo ("Cantabrian Drifters ") is perfect.
This snacks is a classic, "the king of pintxos", easy to prepare and everyone likes to enjoy. The key is to choose some good toasts, a good tuna and, of course, some good Cantabrian anchovies. (Be careful, because not all anchovies are the same).
- Mix the tuna with the mayonnaise.
- Spread the mixture on the toasts.
- Put an anchovy fillet on each toast.
A delicious classic. Thanks, Iratxe!
