Tomato and tuna Mille-Feuille
We love to enjoy a good seasonal tomato! Therefore, this week we are in luck, because Cristina (@cris_realfooder) participates in our recipe contest with a tomato and tuna mille-feuille, a perfect proposal to get some sparks out of this jewel of our gardens. What more could you want?!
- Tomato - a large one
- Celery in strips
- Grated carrot
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Wine vinegar
- Vinegar from Modena
- Wash and cut the tomato into slices gently so as not to break it.
- Wash, cut and drain the ingredients to be added to the tomato.
- Fill in the layers little by little, taking care not to fall: tomato, cucumber, tomato, corn, tomato, celery and carrot, tomato, tuna, tomato, avocado, tomato.
- Season to taste. For example, Cristina has used extra virgin olive oil, wine vinegar and vinegar from Modena.
