Peach in syrup stuffed with tuna
A real contrast that will win over new fans! A sweet and fleshy peach in syrup on the one hand, and yellowfin tuna with mayonnaise on the other. Think they don’t get together? Try it and see. Surprising and delicious!
- Boil the eggs for 10 minutes.
- Once boiled, peel and chop 2 of them and mix together with the yellowfin tuna and mayonnaise.
- Fill the peach halves with the mixture.
- Place on a tray and garnish, grating the boiled egg over them.
