Mussels and goat cheese salad
This week we propose the delicious Mussels and goat cheese salad that Lucia sends us to participate in our recipe contest. A quick and healthy recipe, ideal for not succumbing to bread and sausage when we don’t know what to eat for dinner.
A bag of mixed arugula and lamb’s lettuce salad, a can of pickled musse0ls, some black olives and a few cubes of goat cheese ... And we already have dinner ready. Of course, remember to look at the labels, to make sure that the cheese is real cheese so that the salad is healthy.
- Mix of arugula and lamb’s lettuce
- Goat cheese cubes
- Black olives
- Pickled mussels
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Put the arugula and lamb’s lettuce mixture in a salad bowl
- Add the drained mussels, the goat cheese cubes and the olives.
- Season with salt, EVOO and vinegar.
