Marinated mussel pintxos
Marta has participated in our recipe competition with marinated mussel pintxos, full of flavour and very simple to prepare. Unexpected guests? Canned goodies to the rescue! Take a note of this idea to whip a delicious snack in two minutes.
- Toast the bread slices.
- Place a piece of drained asparagus on each slice.
- Add two mussels per slice.
- Sprinkle with paprika and drizzle extra virgin olive oil over the top.
