Empanadillas for Christmas
Today we propose you some empanadillas for Christmas, stuffed with sardines and decorated with stars that give them the ideal touch for these holidays.
The recipe is from Inma (@incalmin), that in her Instagram profile she tells us that she is “grandmother of five”. Surely, they are delighted with recipes like this!
Ingredients
- Sardines - one can
- Homemade tomato - a can
- Boiled egg - one
- Wafers - a package
- Onion
- Garlic Pinions
- Pinions
- Bay leaves
Instructions
- Fry together the tomato, onion, garlic, pine nuts and bay leaf.
- On some of the wafers, put a spoonful of the tomato sauce, a slice of hard-boiled egg and two small sardines.
- Cover each one with another wafer and some stars cut from another.
- Bake at 200 degrees about 15 minutes.
