- Yellowfin tuna - 2 cans or a jar
- Orange - 1
- Pomegranate - 1
- Avocado - 1
- Pink chive - 1
- Virgin olive oil
- Apple vinegar
- Orange juice - a teaspoon
- Pomegranate juice - a teaspoon
- Assorted peppers
- Flake salt
- Fresh parsley - a sprig
Instructions
- Put the tuna cans in a salad bowl.
- Peel the orange and cut it into segments devoid of the white skin.
- Shell the pomegranate also devoid of its white part.
- Prepare the avocado in slices.
- Finally, make a vinaigrette with the oil, a few drops of vinegar and the natural juices.
- Season the salad and flavor it with the vinaigrette.
