Cateta salad with yellowfin tuna
MCarmen (Recetas Casa Carmen) participates in our Christmas contest with her version of the cateta salad, in which she uses white tuna and tangerine. A simple, refreshing and light recipe, ideal as a contrast to other heartier Christmas dishes.
- Potatoes - 2
- Seasoned pitted olives - 100 g
- Tangerine - 1
- Laminated onion - 1/4
- Boiled egg - 1
- White tuna
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Peel and cut the potatoes into squares. Cook it 10 minutes.
- Peel and remove the skin from the tangerine segments.
- Mix all ingredients.
- Season and dress. Using tuna oil.
It can be placed in a dish or in individual portions on ceramic or puff pastry casseroles.
