- Lettuce

- Anchovies from the Bay of Biscay in olive oil
- Chopped chives
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Salt
Preparation
- Shell the beans and dress with olive oil and salt.
- Chop the lettuce, tomato, anchovies and onion, dress with olive oil; the touch of salt will be given by the anchovies.
